How to overcome bad-luck and helplessness: Emotional intelligence
Have you ever felt anything like:
- Bad-luck: all bad things are happening to you.
- Helpless: you feel so helpless that you are loosing confidence.

Bad-luck
When you find you are having consecutive bad lucks and it never ends. Maybe there is something you can change the way you have been doing things.
- Maximize opportunities: Gain the benefit of learning through doing. Start working on small things. Don't resist the new. You regret most things you did not do.
- Listen to Hunches
- Expect good fortune: superstition can be performance enhancing. Irrational overconfidence will increase productivity and improve team work.
- Turn bad luck into good: see the positive side of your bad luck. All ill fortune will, in the long run, work out for the best.
Helpless
Helpless manifest on two level:
- On a cognitive level, trauma overwhelms the area of the brain responsible for problem solving and judgment. Fixes:
- Focus on your self-talk.
- tune into your sense and learn to command them.
- recognize the pattern.
Enduring
When you find you can't endure further. Below steps will help you push further:
- Find inspiration in your life.
- Strategy.
- Take actions.
A person with emotional intelligence will be a great leader. He would know how his emotions would effect him and others around him.
